Another predominating myth is to press on exercising empty stomach. Do not do this to your body. You simply strain it by doing so. Obviously heavy meal is not at all recommended before exercise, but light meal is must. It gives energy to the body and helps in exercising.

For exercising you do not necessarily go to the gym. Many people have opinion without going to the gym one cannot derive exercise benefits. Stop believing such myths. Proteins are highly nutritious and must have to the body. Proteins are called building blocks of the body. Eating them daily and especially after exercise is something highly important. But overdoing it is not healthy. Eating highly protein rich diet troubles metabolic rate of the body. Nutritional imbalances also take place. Dehydration and too much burden on kidneys are some other side effects. Eat them in optimum amount and safeguard health.
