Hemoglobin is an essential stuff to promote whole body function. Each and every organs of the body needs sufficient amount of blood to work efficiently.  Hemoglobin is nothing, but a red blood cell holding protein in it. Its deficiency may lead to anemia problem; a female are more likely to face this difficulty. The key function of hemoglobin is to circulate the blood with oxygen towards the body cells.  Around 97% of oxygen is supplied throughout the body via hemoglobin and the remaining 3% gets amalgamated with the plasma. However, iron is responsible to give red color, to the blood. Hemoglobin holds around 33% of red blood cells. Moreover, an insufficiency of blood may trim down the function, of the organs. An iron deficiency or low blood formation may enhance various risks of health disorders. Headache, exhaustion, hair loss, anemia, unhealthy organ function, unattractive skin, certain skin disorders, etc. may get enhance due to shortage, of hemoglobin level. Well, most of the people follow certain medicines, to stabilize the blood formation and to hold a good amount of iron, in the blood. As per my suggestion, rather than going for medication, try to maintain the iron rich diet. This will help you get natural iron and blood formation. At least practiced this suggestion for one month and see the effect. Well, the medication is for the extreme diseases sufferer, who fails to balance their diet. Here are some lists of iron rich or hemoglobin boosting foodstuffs, which a person can add in their daily diet.

1) Non-vegetarian foodstuff

Liver

Consume liver; since, it has been found highly rich in iron, which helps improve the hemoglobin level. Not daily, but twice in a week, at least 150 grams will do. One can enjoy beef liver, a highly loaded stuff with iron. Well, this is an optional; since, most of the people are vegetarian and couldn’t make out to eat.

Seafood’s

You can also try sea foods to boost the iron level, and to get a sufficient hemoglobin formation. Sea foods include fish (omega 3 fatty acid), lobster, oysters, etc. Sea foods are found rich in iron.

Red meat

One can also try red meat to improve the blood formation; since, it contains a good amount of iron. Try consuming red meat without fats. This is one of the most consuming stuff found rich in iron.

Chicken

If, you want you can consume at least 100 grams of breast chicken, to enhance the iron level; since, breast chicken hold a good amount of iron, which may be stood helpful to promote hemoglobin intensity.

Pork

Well, one can also try pork; since, it too found loaded with iron. Not daily twice in a week will do. It is an optional stuff; since, most of the people don’t eat pork.

2) Vegetables Foodstuff

Potato

Try adding potato in your diet not regularly, but infrequently; since its excessive intake may lead to overweight problem. Consuming potato would be one of the sources to enhance the iron level. It comes in very cheap vegetables category, which can be afforded by anyone.

Spinach

Spinach is a great source of iron; enjoy consuming it at every alternative day. One can get naturally enhancement in hemoglobin level. It also helps promote healthy active cell. Well, almost all green vegetables are found rich in iron.

Broccoli

Try consuming broccoli; it not only rich in iron, but also holds several essential nutrients, which is helpful to promote healthy immune system.

Lentils

Lentils (an edible pulse) are a great source of iron and magnesium. One can consume it raw or cooked, but raw ones considered more beneficial than the cooked one. A daily intake of half bowl will do, to get a sufficient amount of iron.

Whole grains

Whole grains are another aspect, which contains a good range of iron. Add this in your diet at every alternate day.

Beet

Beet is a great and instant blood making veggie; one must add in the salad and eat daily. You can also try cooked beet, but the amount of nutrient level may get reduced after baking.

Tomatoes

Tomatoes are another instant blood forming veggie, which holds various essential components, to enhance the blood level and to promote a healthy body. The tomato is widely used in cooking food, but adding it raw in salads and consuming daily may be more advantageous.

Corn

I actually enjoy eating corn; it holds enormous health benefits. Boiled some sticks of corn and eat. This is another factor, which contains a great amount of iron and several other nutrients level.

3) Fruits

Strawberries

Strawberries are a highly loaded fruit of iron and vitamin C. It works two ways forming blood and absorbing blood.

Banana

Try consuming banana daily; since, it has been proven that banana is rich in iron. Daily four bananas would be sufficient, to improve the iron level. It’s a great hemoglobin boosting fruit.

Apple

Same like banana apple too found rich in iron. Daily intake of apple and banana boost the iron level and fill up the iron deficiency.

Watermelon

I enjoy eating watermelon; it’s my favorite fruits, beside this it also holds good nutrition power. Iron is the mineral, which is widely present in the watermelon. Almost all the fruits hold some range of iron.

4) Others

Milk

A daily intake of milk is one of the simplest ways, to boost the iron level. It boosts the energy level of the body and helps blood formation.

Yogurt

I think yogurt is a stuff, which should be consumed after every meal. I don’t know you are familiar or not, but yogurt is a stuff, which is found rich in iron, and several other nutrients level.
