BENEFITS OF DRINKING COLD WATER AND WARM WATER

Water is one of the most significant fluids, which are essentially required to keep the body hydrated. Around 70% of body contains fluid, which helps promote strong and active organ function. A sufficient presence of water in the body promotes, vigorous organs, healthy and attractive skin. A body must hold sufficient amount of fluid level to keep the body in motion. To facilitate the metabolic and digestive system, water intake has to be sufficient. Your daily life routine, going without water is motionless. However, the consumption of water varies according to the age groups. An adult well matured person should drink 4-5 liters of water daily; whereas, children should drink 3-3.5 liters of water daily. However, an intake level varies during lactation and pregnancy. Further, it depends on the consuming ability, of the body. However, consuming plenty amount of water promotes healthy, attractive, and shiny skin. However, one can’t force themselves to drink excessive water, but could manage the habit to drink sufficient amount of water daily. Well consuming foods contain some amount of water, but that is not sufficient to keep the body hydrated. However, the consumption level of water automatically gets increase in summer season, due to extreme heat. As, the body easily gets dehydrated due to extreme sun light, results unhealthy organs, dull skin, tiredness, fatigue, etc. Hence, one must increase the level of water intake during summer season. It is essential to promote healthy organs, active bowel functions and waste elimination. Water plays a great role to facilitate the flow of blood. Consuming fluids, cold drinks, fruit juice is good for a health, but couldn’t satisfy the level of water. Most of the people prefer to drink cold water, in the summer season. However consuming an ample amount of water mends many health disorders, but following certain specification about water intake needs to understand.

It has been examined that people consuming cold water get normalized body temperature, but in case you are drinking it in summer season may give you severe head fever. Some of the research has examined that consuming ice cube or cold water slow down the digestive function and causes stomach fats. Most of the people think that consuming cold water in summer season calms down the body temperature, but no, it instead brings destabilized body temperature, which is very much harmful for your health. Rather, you can try drinking mildly cold water for some extent. In case drinking ice with water you may face pain in the stomach and sometimes gastric problem. Female believes that drinking cold water trims down the menstrual cramp, but it doesn’t show any such results. Comparing with cold water warm water works superb, to keep the body hydrated. One can get healthy digestive system, proper bowel movement, and easy stuff elimination. Consuming the normal water or warm water facilitates the flow of blood, which results healthy and active organs. Warm water soothes the nerves and makes the blood circulate easily. Drinking warm water in the morning works more efficiently. Warm water stabilizes the acetic level of the stomach and also helps eliminate the infections from the stomach. In olden days, people use to drink warm water to get rid of constipation and gastric problem. Luke warm water works greatly, to treat ulcer problem. People, consuming warm water get less risk of colon cancer, stomach cancer, peptic cancer, etc. For some extent it also mend diarrhea problem.
