Hygiene is not just about washing your hands; but it is also about washing the rest of your body parts. If you see that your hands are too dirty then make sure that you are cleaning it with soap and water.
You can maintain a good Personal hygiene by maintaining proper body care due to which you can keep your body away from various diseases and infections. Bath daily, clean your mouth, wear clean cloths daily wash your cloth regularly and make sure you are wearing dry cloths. All these things are simple but really important part of proper body care.
